Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) designated, nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). With donations from corporate and individual supporters, we are able to provide quality healthcare to all members of our community and offer our patients ancillary services such as transportation assistance, language assistance, care coordination and disease education.
